Postage
Postage within the UK
A standard charge of £4 applies for second class post which takes between
5-7 working days. If this is too long to wait you can select first class
post for £6, special delivery for £12 or overnight courier for £15. Orders
for £100 or over will be sent FREE via second class post.
Postage outside the UK
Deliveries within EU Countries will be charged £8 to include Air Mail,
packing, documentation and VAT.
Deliveries outside the EU are net of VAT but will be charged £15 to include
Air Mail and documentation but not import duty or local sales taxes.
Quick Delivery
All in-stock items will be dispatched the next working day after ordering and should take between 5-7 working days. If this is too long to wait, for first class post add £2 and for overnight courier add £11. If we are out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible. If you choose to leave an order on file until the goods are in stock, we will not charge you until the item is sent.
Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the items you receive, you can return them to us for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Just fill in the form on the invoice and return the goods to us unworn and in the original packaging to

We recommend you send your returns via Royal Mail and obtain a Certificate of Posting.
Please note you have to pay the postage unless the goods were sent incorrectly.

after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
